At Happy Splurge, your satisfaction is our top priority. We work with trusted local suppliers and courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and as quickly as possible.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.
- You will receive an email notification with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Times
We’re proud to offer fast local delivery across South Africa.
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Sales or Peak Periods: Please allow up to 7 business days due to high order volumes.
Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.
3. Shipping Fees
- Free shipping on all orders over R750.
- For orders under R750, a flat courier rate of R120 applies.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed and dispatched.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your delivery in real time. If your tracking link shows no movement after 3 days, please contact our support team at info@happysplurge.co.za.
5. Delays and Issues
While we always aim to deliver within our promised time frame, occasional courier or logistics delays may occur during peak periods or severe weather conditions. If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days, please reach out to us so we can assist immediately.
6. Wrong or Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review your case promptly and either replace the item or issue a store credit depending on the situation.
7. International Orders
At the moment, we ship within South Africa only. International shipping will be available soon — stay tuned!
