Happy Splurge SA – Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Happy Splurge SA, we’re committed to making sure every order reaches you safely and meets your expectations.
Because we work with both local and international partners, our delivery and return process may vary slightly depending on the product and its point of dispatch.


1. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days depending on product availability, location, and courier processing time.
During busy sales periods, promotional events, or customs delays, delivery may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.


2. 14 Business Day Return Policy

You have 14 business days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To qualify:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

You must include the order number and proof of purchase.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

To start a return, please email us at info@happysplurge.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.
Once approved, we’ll send you the return shipping address and instructions on how to proceed.


3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at info@happysplurge.co.za with:

Clear photos or a short video of the item and packaging.

Your order number.

Once verified, we’ll arrange for a replacement or resend at no cost to you.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund for that specific item.

Please note: In some cases, we may request that the damaged or incorrect product be returned before the replacement or refund can be processed.


4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before production or shipping begins.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still wish to return the product, our standard return policy will apply.


5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Personal care or beauty products (e.g., oils, serums, creams, supplements)

Perishable goods (e.g., food or consumables)

Customized or made-to-order products

Sale items or gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your product qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.


6. Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to release the funds.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please email us at info@happysplurge.co.za.


7. Exchange Requests

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different one, please follow the return process first.
Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item.

If something goes wrong with your order, we’ll do everything we can to make it right — fairly, quickly, and transparently.
